Inspired by the NASA Blue Nomex Flight Suits worn by Artemis astronauts for training and public appearances, this strap pairs a 1.8mm thick Crew Blue Pro Elastic Webbing with a Gray Anodized Grade 5 Titanium Chrono-Grip Hook and technical NASA Engravings to suit— symbolizing the arduous trials that all astronauts go through before setting off into the cosmos.

New for this Limited Edition Chrono-Grip Single Pass variant is the inclusion of a Duragrip™ Soft Loop Field bartacked in place just north of the end loop which captures the Hook arm. This multi-purpose mounting point serves as a place to attach mission identifier pentabs (patches) and/or the all-new Single Pass “GRIP” Module.

This mighty little unit of low-profile, double-sided Velcro serves to provide extra retention and surface protection by fixing the position of the Hook in place to prevent any unplanned, lateral-force-induced unhooking events. The soft outer layer also adds a level of scratch and snag resistance, while maintaining its outer Loop Field pentab functionality.
