Seiko Willard Ref 6105-8110

Seiko began its rich history in 1881 when Kintaro Hattori opened a shop repairing and selling watches in central Tokyo.  Eleven years later, he opened a factory called the Seikosha Factory and began building wall
clocks and pocket watches.  After an earthquake and fire destroyed the original factory, Hattori reopened with a new vision, which became the
beginnings of what we know as Seiko today.  A true pioneer in watchmaking, Seiko developed the first Japanese-made divers watch.

The Seiko Willard 6105-8110 features an asymmetrical stainless steel case measuring 46mm by 49.5mm with a sapphire crystal. It is powered by a Calibre 6105 movement and is water resistant to 150 meters. The dial features a date window at the 3 o’clock position and a bidirectional rotating bezel.  

This Seiko Willard 6105-8110 is in good condition and appears to be unpolished, with wear on the case that is consistent with the age of this timepiece. The matte black dial is in good condition, with all lume plots present at the hour markers. The lume on the hour, minute and seconds hand has developed a patina.  The
locking crown mechanism works properly on this timepiece.  This timepiece includes a black rubber Uncle Seiko strap with a stainless steel buckle.
