Roland Schwertner founded Nomos in 1990 in Glashütte, a city known for its storied history of fine watchmaking. Timepieces are designed in Berlin and produced in this small region in a valley in the Ore
Mountains just outside Dresden.  

  • The Watch:

The Nomos Glashütte Minimatik Champagner features a polished 35.5mm stainless steel case with a domed sapphire crystal and an exhibition case back.  The beige-colored dial features large Arabic numerals at the even-numbered hours, with gold hour markers, an orange minute track, a running seconds sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position with an orange hand, and polished steel hour and minute hands.  Powered by the automatic Caliber DUW 3001 movement, the Minimatik has a 43-hour power reserve and a water resistance rating of 30 meters.

This Nomos Glashütte Minimatik Champagner includes the outer box, black leather Nomos watch roll, Nomos polishing cloth, instruction manual, the warranty card and envelope, an aftermarket grey leather strap, and the original Nomos stainless steel buckle.
