Shipping costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise noted. All shipping costs can be calculated in the cart after an item is placed in the shopping cart, as well as during checkout.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship all items via FedEx, whether that be FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or FedEx International shipping methods.

Shipping restrictions

We are unable to ship via USPS or UPS or any other shipping carrier. All shipments require verification of address before shipment. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Missing or lost package

If, for some reason, a package goes lost or missing, we ask that you contact us direct immediately. We will work with our shipping carries to resolve the issue.

Please email orders@cwwatchshop.com and reference the order number you initially received in an email when placing your order.

International shipping

We are happy to accommodate International shipping via FedEx Express - Internation. We are not responsible for any duties, charges, taxes, or additional fees associated with importing your order into your country.

Return and exchange information

We extend a 24 hour inspection period on all items from the time of delivery to inspect and ensure the items are as we described in our website listing. All returns and exchanges during 14 days of the original purchase are subject to up to a 15% restocking charge as well as a deduction in refund amount if the item is not returned in the exact condition it was delivered. We do not accept returns after 14 days but recommend you contact us about selling or trading in your watch if you wish to part with it after that period.
